At MPW we focus less on specific techniques and more on wrestling positions and body mechanics. So much of wrestling is body awareness and muscle memory. We like to foster an environment where our wrestlers can be creative and be individuals within our wrestling system. There is a place for every wrestler at MPW.
In order to have a more individualized approach to practice we have a limited number of spots per program.
The MPW wrestling system is based on consistency. We do not run practice like a clinic. we do not show a bunch of technique and wrestle live for 30 minutes per practice. we consistently drill the same positions and sequences every practice, adding a little each week. This system is designed with development in mind. If you are struggling to get better This is the place for you.
Spring Registration Closes March 9th. Payment due for all age groups by March 9th.

Lifting, body mechanics, footwork training, drilling.
Thursday+Friday (Capacity 10)
6-7:30pm
Invitation only! if you are interested please reach out. These practices are intended for those who will be competing throughout the spring and summer. In these practices we focus on small details and competition based training.
The best way to get into Thursday/Friday practices is for wrestlers to show consistent improvement and dedication to getting better.

*All programs will have a summer training opportunity. summer training structure will be announced at the beginning of may. Spring members will get first priority when signing up for summer sign ups. As will summer members maintain priority for fall sign ups.

(At least once a month we will rent a van and train with another club within New England cross training is reserved for competition members, but other members are welcome to sign up. Cross training dates TBD)
